The Ranch Hotel caters for all occasions, functions and events.


We pride ourselves in being able to offer that extra touch of personal service and attention to detail because we genuinely care. We are also extremely proud of what we do and in turn we will ensure a high standard of friendly and professional service to you, your family and your guests.


We can comfortably accommodate Weddings and functions from 10 to 400 guests within the venue’s indoor and outdoor spaces.

CHATS SUITE 100 250 $500
WILLIS SUITE 50 100 $500
TERRACE BAR 40 200 $500
CHATS & WILLIS 200 400 $1000

All Deposits are deductible off the end bill.

 

Chats Suite and Courtyard

  • 60” plasma TV – suitable for presentations or slideshows
  • Ipod connection
  • 6 stacker CD player and DVD player
  • Handheld or Lapel microphone
  • Full sound system
  • Wireless internet

 

Willis Suite

  • Can hold up to 50 people seated and 100 cocktail style.
  • DJ’s and Jukeboxes are available for this room; please 
    discuss this with the functions coordinator.
  • Functions are available till midnight only.*

 

Terrace Bar

  • Provides two 50" Plasma TV’s perfect for DVD slideshows
  • Ipod connection
  • Handheld Microphone
  • Full sound system
  • DJ Booth
  • Disco Lights & mirror balls

Our dedicated function team will personally manage your wedding from the first enquiry right through to the last drink. Our flexible attitude and award winning chefs allow us to accommodate almost any requests and provide your Wedding with that innovative and unforgettable edge.
